Heyward-Bey's agent has hinted his client remains unhappy "squirreled" away on the Deathstar's taxi squad. DHB was placed on DD's TS following the inaugural RADL Auction of 2009.
DHB still has 2 years of TS eligibility left and as so would not count against a potential suitor's cap. Heyward-Bey is entering his third year in the NFL. Many consider third year receivers ripe for their breakout seasons.
The former top receiver taken in the NFL draft is hoping for a chance to start for a RADL team.
