After starting off the season with a red-hot 4-0 record, The Phantom Menace has cooled down considerably to a .500 team. Hindsight is 20/20, but history tells us that Darren McFadden has never played a full 16-game season, so securing his backup should have been priority one early on when he didn't hold much value; instead his Week 10 division opponent used his missing cuff Michael Bush against him.
Last season's runner-ups Alderaan Avengers (8-2) continue to lead the league with the best head-to-head record. Scrufy Looking Nerf Herders (6-4) remain 2 games behind in the Hoth division.
Last week, the Jedi Pugs (7-3) took a bludgeoning from Bloated Cadavers, but this week, the galaxy's defending champions were able to dish out their own beat down on the Lonestar's Legends and remain the #2 team in the league. Flesh Sabres (6-4) remain only 1-game behind in the Dagobah division.
Dirty Chewbacca (6-4) was able to break the 3-way Tatooine divisional head-to-head tie by beating O.S.V. Yoda (5-5) while Deadwood Deathstar fell to 5-5.
With only 4 regular season games left, a lot can and will change. If the season were to end today, here's what the playoff picture would look like.
Playoff Picture (through Week 10)
Divisional Leaders (record) PF 1. Alderann Avengers (8-2) 966 2. Jedi Pugs (7-3) 1039 3. Dirty Chewbacca (6-4) 811
Wildcards 4. Flesh Sabres (6-4) 957 5. Scruffy Looking Nerf Herders (6-4) 910 6. The Phantom Menance (5-5) 954
On the Bubble Deadwood Deathstar (5-5) 930 Bloated Cadavers (5-5) 914 The Cad Bane Cult (4-6) 856

Just curious, SLNH beat Dirty Chewbacca, early on, why are they ahead of SLNH even thought they both have the same record

Just curious, SLNH beat Dirty Chewbacca, early on, why are they ahead of SLNH even thought they both have the same record Six teams qualify for the playoffs, the three division winners and the next three best teams as wild cards. At the end of Week 10, Dirty Chewbacca was the Tatooine division leader. SLNH's entry into the playoffs would be as a wildcard if the season ended today. Note: If Deadwood Deathstar can hang on to their lead in their Week 11 game, then they will become the new Tatooine division leader.
