We currently start charging for transactions the week the NFL season starts. The RADL uses transaction money to fund the cost of MFL with any left over funds divided among the top three final seeds. The first two seasons we totaled $107 and $85 in transactions. It might be nice to generate a little extra revenue to payout to the top three finishers.
I don’t want to charge for moves all the time as I think that would get expensive for owners.
Option 1: Leave it as is with trades and transactions free until opening week.
Option 2: Charge for all moves after our rookie draft. Trades and Blind Bid signings.
Option 3: Always charge for trades ($4 revenue per trade) and leave other moves free until opening week.
We need to reach a final decision on this one with a strong voter turn-out.
Locking rosters for playoffs.
Currently we don’t allow additional moves or Taxi squad claims once our playoffs start. Having a week 17 title game adds to some hardship when it comes to fielding a starting line-up. Taxi squad promotions are allowed if you leave cap and roster space to promote from your own TS.
It might also generate a bit more revenue. I honestly don’t care either way.
Option 1: Lock them as is.
Option 2: Allow adds/drops and TS promotions throughout the playoffs and title games.
Tie Breakers: This one is simple.
Option 1: Include bye week players when averaging bench players to determine tie breakers.
Option 2: Exclude bye week players when averaging bench players to determine tie breakers.

I say we burn the women and rape the village! Perhaps I have that backward. 1st item. I vote for option 2, charge for all moves after the rookie draft. Then we should all have to pay up before the season starts. Trading and bidding essentially dies out by early August, so I'll know my total off-season charges before the first game and can pay up then. So it would be like having two transaction periods. One we settle up on before the first NFL game and one we settle up on after the super bowl. The more revenue the better! Of course I work in education, so if I lose my job in the next month I reserve the right to take this all back. 2nd item. Option 2 (I sense a theme). Any real starter is long since gone off of waivers by the time we get to the playoffs. If a team is so desperately in need of a starter that they are promoting TS players or bidding on free agents I don't see a problem with that. 3rd item. OPTION 2!! I feel like our rosters are too big to penalize a team that happens to have a lot of players on a bye week. If there were more items I would keep voting for option 2's all the way, but I guess that's all for now.

My vote is:
Option 1: Leave it as is with trades and transactions free until opening week. I'd rather the league be very active and competitive in the off season with transactions than making a few extra dollars when I win.
Locking rosters for playoffs.
Option 2: Allow adds/drops and TS promotions throughout the playoffs and title games.
Because we have a week 17 championship game where many players may be rested I think it's only fair to allow moves through out (or move game back to week 16)
Tie Breakers: This one is simple.
Option 2: Exclude bye week players when averaging bench players to determine tie breakers.
