Still no caps in place, that's July, but I have opened up TS moves so owners can play around with their cap situations.
You can also continue to drop players if you like except during blind bid periods.
I have assigned several rookie salaries and terms but am waiting for many. If you want to see how your cap is looking get me the scale you're using and the terms for round 5 and 6 draft picks.
Nobody other than rookies can end up on your TS that wasn't already there. Meaning, for the sake of playing, you can move veterans on TS back and forth to see it affect your caps. But there is no reason to experiment moving a non-rookie from your active roster to TS.
Obviously, I think, the 10% bump for each TS move isn't in effect.
