There was a vote in 2015 about cap space trading. It never reached the required number of voters but was trending toward NOT allowing any cap space trades.
Any new thoughts here?
If we did eliminate that I'd be open to a fair way to normalize the cap space for each team. This could be tricky but we could examine it.

I believe my original vote was to not allow cap space trading and I'm sticking with that.
Not sure what the fairest way would be to return everyone to normal. Maybe adjust by half this year and back to normal in two? So if you were $100 over or under this year, it would be reduced to $50 this year and back to normal after that?

Maybe the owner with the largest salary cap would be fine with us normalizing it right away for the good of the league.
I am against cap space trading.
