3.19 July 16th - 20th: Final Cut Announcements a. Final cuts made. b. Updated cap space confirmed. c. Punishment for cap or roster violations announced. d. Punishment based on a weighted system. The worse the offense the greater the reprimand. $1-$9 over cap = $2 real money fine per day. $10-$19 over cap = 3rd round pick moved to last position of round. $21-$39 over cap = Loss of 3rd round pick. $40-$59 over cap = 2nd round pick moved to last position of round. $60-$99 over cap = Loss of 2nd round pick. $100 + over cap = Loss of 1st round pick. e. The commissioner has extreme latitude in enforcing or amending these fines as the violations continue or change. Cap money and real money can be included or substituted on a case by case basis. In all instances the fine does not mean the owner may remain over the cap. If needed the league will simply void the last transaction the team made, continuing until they are under the cap. 3.20 July 16th - 20th: Emergency Cut Down Period a. Last chance cut down, players waived in this period count 50% towards salary cap.

The Darth Lords were charged a $1 real money fine to be collected at the conclusion of the 2014 year for being late under the cap. (No drops just TS moves needed)
The Pajai Squad was charged a 55% cap hit on the player he was late dropping. Where as 50% is the norm for being late. See 3.20a above.
These moves were only a few hours late and so the fines were minimal.
