16.2 RADL owners are ultimately responsible for their actions and teams. Extreme care should be exercised in the making of and response to trade offers. Also in the dropping and signing of players. On some very rare occasions and as time permits, the RADL Commissioner will investigate and may reverse a roster move made in error. An owners actions will carry the most evidential weight in determining if the move was intended. Unclear or confusing trade language will be investigated by asking the involved parties to clarify.
Nerf Herders dropped Landry in what I believe to be a genuine error. Given the timeline, time in place to fix the issue, and dare I, common sense. I have reversed the error.
SLNH herders are charged for the transaction and the player they signed is now locked.
This by rule, does not set any precedent and these situations will continue to be assessed on a case by case basis.
